Guide

For patrons of the Library

The interlibrary loan (ILL) service is offered to all patrons holding a valid library card from the UNLD.
Requesting a book from a Hungarian library is free of charge. The cost of returning the book to the domestic supplier library is paid temporarily by the UNLD. The service fee of books requested from abroad is 4500 HUF/volume. Periodicals are non-circulating, this material may be requested as photocopy, the patron has to pay the cost of copying and sending the article requested. Libraries can deny fulfilling requests. Please send your request filling out an online request form on the homepage of the Library. If it doesn't work, you can ask for the service personally or via e-mail. Interlibrary Loan to Libraries

Foreign libraries can borrow materials from the University and National Library of Debrecen through the National Széchényi Library, Budapest.
